Youth conference helps fill volunteer need (McKinney Messenger)

ARLINGTON What do you get when you have 250 teenagers come together? If those youths are at a conference for the Allen Texas Stake of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, you get a group of volunteers.

A few days before today’s open house, activity filled Central New York’s newest branch of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. The young men’s and young women’s groups were meeting. Women of the Relief Society were folding cloth and chatting in another room.
